Hello. Just an inquiry about extension of 45 days visa. My mother is 77 years old and currently on vacation here in Thailand. We would like to extend her stay for another 30 days, I would like to know if possible that I accompany her in the line in order to assist her during the procedure of extension application in Chaengwattana? She have some hearing issues, that is why I am worried. Thank you in advance.

Hello again. May I know the latest requirements for extension? Thanks again.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about extending their 77-year-old mother's 45-day visa in Thailand by 30 days and whether they could accompany her during the application process due to her hearing issues. The response clarified that for a 45-day visa exemption, the extension should be done at the immigration office at IT Square Laksi Plaza, not Chaengwattana. It reassured the user that they could accompany their mother and assist her with the necessary forms.

If your mother entered on a 45 day visa exempt she wouldn't go to Chaengwattana to get a 30 day extension she'd go to the immigration office at IT Square Laksi Plaza

you can certainly go with her, help her with the forms etc no issues at all
