hello community ☺️ if you apply for a DTV under the remote worker route, and are rejected, does it make you ineligible to then try to apply again under the soft power route?
I mean, all of the criteria for the remote worker route but there are a few bits and pieces that may look a bit weird to immigration such as switching roles in the last few months and also working within a family business now where my salary has not been consistent each month.
Many thanks in advance ☺️

TLDR : Answer Summary
A rejection for the DTV under the remote worker route does not make you ineligible to apply again under the soft power route. However, the specific reasons for the initial rejection could affect your chances, so it's important to understand those reasons before reapplying.
