Has anyone who lives in Thailand applied for the DTV using a condominium or house in Thailand? I'm concerned about filling in my home country since my bank statement is from a bank in Thailand.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa application can be submitted using a condominium or house address in Thailand, even if your bank statement is from a Thai bank. Applicants have reported no issues when providing a Thai bank statement alongside their Thai address.
Yes i applied for the dtv when I was already living in Thailand with a Thai bank account. No issues giving them my thai bank statement with my thai condo address
643 participante anônimo Do you mind telling me if you needed more documents other than passport BioData, photography, 500baht proof(3 months?), paperwork from Muay Thai gym, proof of accommodation in Vietnam?
Anonymous participant i got mine back in November when it was easier. They didn't ask for any additional paperwork other than everything you listed. As i wasn't working, I put down unemployed and zero income. I read these days some people have to supply proof of income either by payslips or tax return. If you're unemployed you have to explain how you will support yourself
