Can I apply for a Thailand Elite Visa while on an education visa and wait until it expires?
Hello, can I apply to elite visa, and if I’ll get ok, then wait until may 2024 (date when my ed visa from university will be expired) and do it again? Just wanna check will I get approval of elite visa or not. If so, then I wanna buy elite at march 2024
Answer summary
The user inquired about the possibility of applying for a Thailand Elite Visa while currently holding an education (ED) visa and whether it is advisable to wait until the ED visa expires in May 2024 before reapplying. Commenters indicated that the ED visa should not disqualify the user from applying for the Elite Visa, suggesting to check the eligibility and possibly apply earlier in January 2024.

An Ed visa from a university shouldn’t be an issue. (They are from language schools and such). Not quite sure you’d want to apply twice. Apply on say January 2024 and go from there

I honestly don’t know. I’m not sure why you’d want to.Kool *******

if you are approved and don't use it, then you run the risk of being rejected in the future, as you aren't serious about it.Il'yas **********

If you have a ED Visa check that you can apply for an Elite Visa as this may disqualify you
