I currently have a Thailand Elite membership and a 5 year PE visa sticker in my passport valid until 2026.
Can I exit Thailand apply for a DTV in another country, then enter Thailand on a DTV?
Will I be refused a DTV due to having another visa in my passport?
Or is it OK to have two different types of visa and enter Thailand on which one is best suited to my purpose of visit?
Thankyou for any advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they can exit Thailand while holding a Thailand Elite membership and a PE visa, and subsequently apply for a DTV in another country. The discussion reveals that it is not permissible to hold two valid visas simultaneously, and it is advisable to cancel the Elite visa before applying for a DTV. Comments suggest that exiting Thailand does not automatically render the Elite visa inactive, and there are warnings from other users about the potential denial of the DTV application if the previous visa is not canceled.
Anonymous participant you don't need a second visa if the elite is not suitable let it go and apply for DTV outside of Thailand. It is up to you which suits your circumstance. But only one visa allowed. You can try and post here your findings 🤣🤣
Yes. I understand I can only enter Thailand on 1 visa at a time. I am asking for advice on the best way to secure a 5 year DTV with my specific situation.
No refund as I can keep all member priveleges even without using the visa. I would like to know if I can get a DTV secured while they are relatively easy to get.
