Can I apply for a Thai visa at the consulate in Ho Chi Minh on the same day I arrive?
Has anyone flown in to Ho Chi Minh and applied for a visa at the Thai consulate on the same day? There is a flight that arrives at 9am but I'm not sure if there would be enough time to reach the consulate before midday.
