Can I obtain an education visa within one day in Ho Chi Minh City while on a short trip?

Hi, I'm attempting to fly to Ho Chi Minh on Thursday morning and get my edu visa and fly back Friday evening. Is this possible, i've read it takes 1 working day? Are the operating hours on their consular website accurate for visa application? 830am-12am & 1:30pm - 3pm. And if I submit between 130 - 3pm, will i still be able to receive it the next day? My main issue is that my visa expires on the 27th and the consulate is closed on Monday the 29th. It's a 1 day stay vs 4 day stay. Feedback asap would be highly appreciated. BTW- I'm only able to pick up my edu documents tomorrow late noon. Thanks everyone.
