Does anyone know if it is possible to apply for a TRV at Ho Chi Minh prior to a 30 day stamp expiring? I know things change constantly and different consulates can have different standards. Keen to hear any expiriences.

a 30-day visa exempt entry has already "expired" when you leave the country.
