Can I apply for a TRV in Ho Chi Minh before my 30-day visa exemption expires?
Does anyone know if it is possible to apply for a TRV at Ho Chi Minh prior to a 30 day stamp expiring? I know things change constantly and different consulates can have different standards. Keen to hear any expiriences.
