TLDR : Answer Summary
The earliest you can apply for a retirement visa extension in Thailand is 45 days or less before your current stamp expires. For a visa that expires on June 2nd, the earliest application date would be April 18th.

At Chaengwattana in Bangkok you can apply for a new extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp

So with an stamp that expires on June 2nd the soonest you could apply would be Friday April 18th
