Where are re-entry permits being issued at BKK at the moment? At Chaengwattana or Muang Thong Thani? Does anybody know if it's still possible to get one at the airport and is it open 24 hours? Thanks

EDIT: has anyone managed to book an appointment online? When I go to their website and click book online it comes up with this:
