Can we apply the first Non immigrant visa in Thailand or we need to leave to Laos or Cambodia for applying in Thai embassy?
Please advise, thank you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The responses indicate that applying for a Non-Immigrant Visa while in Thailand may not be possible if your current visa status is expired or if you are on amnesty, especially given that border closures prevent travel to Thai embassies in neighboring countries.
