First: thanks for all the great work you guys do on this page. Imagine every one of us would have to go to immigration to get these answers....
If I want to get a non Immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years of age, after Thai Consulates are open and borders are open to return, do I need to get this visa in my home country (Netherlands) or could I get this in Cambodia, Loas or Malaysia?
Thanks in advance!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about obtaining a Non-Immigrant O visa after turning 50 years old and whether this can be done in a neighboring country like Cambodia, Laos, or Malaysia after borders reopen. Comments suggest that this visa can potentially be acquired in the home country (Netherlands), inside Thailand, or in those neighboring countries, but the specific future requirements are yet unknown post-lockdown. It's important to check each embassy's offerings.
