Hi, I have a friend who is going through the application of his Non-B visa and work permit for education. He would like to know if it is possible to apply the Non-O visa for his Chinese wife in Thailand or Laos.  He heard that his wife has to back to China to get her non-o spouse visa. Is that correct? He is English.
