I have a 30 day extension that is due to finish on the 6th May. As I understand, this is now covered on the July 31st amnesty.
I would like to get a 60 day family extension after that. Do you know if that will be possible? If so, I was told at my last visit that I would need to fill out a different form from the TM6, do you know what form this will be and will it be at CW or MTT?
Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a 60-day family extension after their current 30-day visa extension expires on May 6, during the context of an amnesty that lasts until July 31. They also ask about the required forms for the extension process.

It is our belief that you can not get any extension of stay once you go on amnesty.
If you are on a one year multiple entry Non-o visa based on marriage ("the sticker"), and it is still valid after the amnesty, you can border bounce and get another 90 day entry stamp.
