TLDR : Answer Summary
The proof of finance for a Thailand visa application typically needs to be in English or Thai. If you are applying in your home country or another country where your language is spoken, documents may be submitted in your language. However, many embassies require an English or Thai translation, and the acceptance of translations can vary, with some allowing Google's translation and others requiring an official translation.

I don't know, you can ask before, or do translation yourself with Google translate. If not OK they will ask you.

you can highlight the relevant parts of your bank statement for instance, name, address, institution account number, final monthly balance lines. Try to make it as simple as possible for them to find the relevant data. It is after all a bank statement and numbers are going to be the main relevance. If they come back and ask for a translated version then move to plan B, or you could submit the original along with the translated version initially, combined into one PDF.

Maybe in your bank app you can in general select English as language and then the overview downloads are in English too. Best.

Where are you applying and with what? Hebrew you better put in English. I remember by the way that it says in English on the visa application website. Just do that. English with Google translate if your bank don't let you choose English overviews for download.

Yes, approved visa in 5 days, Hanoi, MuayThai.

I downloaded from bank app overview of last 3 months current account, and 6 months of savings account. These were in Dutch. I guess I could have gotten them in English too. Mind you: Dutch and English are similar, and it's mostly about the numbers.

Anyways, I dared to Google translate them into Thai, and added those to the Finance PDF after the originals.

Also added the Baht conversion next to the Euro balance of key saldos.

Showing the Consular Officer that you are capable and well educated. It adds to your overall approval score. It's all about being servicable, in life, anyways.
