TLDR : Answer Summary
Indonesian passport holders can extend their stay in Thailand after their 60-day tourist visa expires. It is important to apply for an extension before the visa expiration date. Extensions can typically be obtained through the immigration department for a fee of 1,900 baht, with a maximum extension period of 30 days, depending on nationality and visa type.

Yes it is. Passport holders from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria and Uganda cannot get the regular 30 day tourism extension. You get an extension BEFORE your entry stamp expires.
