TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible for Indonesian passport holders to extend their stay after a 60-day tourist visa expires. The extension must be applied for before the visa expires, which can typically allow for an additional stay of up to 30 days, contingent on nationality and visa type. The extension can be sought at the immigration department, usually for a fee of around 1,900 baht.

Yes it is. Passport holders from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria and Uganda cannot get the regular 30 day tourism extension. You get an extension BEFORE your entry stamp expires.
