anyone can tell me if is possible to withdrawn money directly from the bank counter, this ATM's are so shady and don't want to loose card if they eat them somehow

No idea, but if you're arriving you won't be able to get to them. If you're already in Bangkok, there are 7 other Superrich locations in the city that give the same exchange rate.
