So I came into thailand on 25th November 2022 with a 60 day TR visa from uk, extended that by 30 days at local Thai Im/office, done 1 border bounce for another 45 days visa exempt, got another border bounce planned for 31st march 2023 for another 45 days, got a flight booked to uk on 12 may 2023,. Is that me ”maxed out” on stay in thailand ? or am I missing anything ? ie, any extra 30 day extension of stays ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether their current visa situation in Thailand, including various extensions and border bounces, has reached the limit. They entered Thailand on a 60-day TR visa, extended it for 30 days, and utilized a border bounce for an additional 45 days. They have another border bounce planned and are inquiring about any further extensions available before their flight home.

There is a 30 day extension you could take before re-entering on 31-Mar but then you probably wouldn't get a 45 days stamp as it's due to revert to 30 days entry from 1-Apr. All these "tourist" entries and extension(s) might be a red flag to an Immigration Officer.
