Am I eligible for the DTV medical option after surgery in Thailand on a tourist visa?

So I recently had a surgery in Bangkok while on a tourist visa and the recovery period was around 2  months and then I’m supposed to be following up a few times this year for shorter appointments and continuing scans and monitoring etc. would this make me eligible for the DTV soft power medical option? Am worried further tourist entries would be denied. But don’t know if DTV medical requires a 6 months continuous treatment plan or not. Anyone who had a surgery here in the past before applying for DTV or have knowledge of this able to comment. Just want to make sure I can re enter for my medical appointments in future as use Thailand as my primary medical center.
