Good morning. Sorry if this already asked. I have 1 year extension from education visa that my university provide. And that will end on 28 april. Am I also covered by second Automatic Visa Extension for Foreigners in Thailand. Can you please confirm this. Thank you so much.

Answer summary

The user is inquiring whether their education visa, which has an extension ending on April 28, is covered by the second Automatic Visa Extension for Foreigners in Thailand. The comments suggest that if the user is no longer a student, they should file with immigration to terminate their education visa status, which may qualify them for the amnesty program extending to July 31.

Get the documents that you are no longer a student...file with Thai immigration...ending your Ed visa status.

Then you are eligible to be covered by the amnesty program to July 31.

?? He will not be studying any longer at the university.

Will he be covered under the new amnesty to July 31? Possibly so.

sorry to not mention. I won’t be studying. However they provided me documents to extend visa until 30 June. Because that is the termination of my student status
