Hi will it be better to go Chaiyaphum immigration office as we live at Ban Phet or can we go to khon Kaen immigration office for TM30 and resident letter . Can TM30 be done on line

My kids will arrive in Thailand on 7 July with "visa exemption". And plan to stay for a total of 50 days.

I understand that the 30-day arrival stamp can be extended for another 30 days.

When is the best time to extend - will they give 30-days from day extension is requested, or 30 days added to original expiry date?

Do I need to make an appointment, most likely will visit the Khon Kaen immigration office?

Went to immigration today for Covid 60day extension in khon Kaen

In and out in 45min, but extensions start from today 😳

Hi everyone. I want to know if it matters where (immigration) you get your covid extension from? If I got my extension from khon kaen and my school wants to convert from it to non b for example, would I need to cancel the extension in khon kaen or it doesn't matter?

I am still confused re 90day TM30 & TM 20 I am in Khon Kane for a extended period of time. I done my retirment visa extention in Pattya. Ok do I still do my 90day in the office where i got my extention and then do a Tm 20 and a Tm 30 at the Khon Kane office. Thank You

Visited today the new location of the Immigration Office at the bus station in Khon Kean. I took the bus from our village and you could simple not miss the signs.

Take a queue number directly after the sliding door.

I asked for a 60 day Extension of Stay based on visit my Thai wife, documents needed:

Tm 7 and acknowledgement of terms & conditions Extension of Stay and understanding of overstay rules (all stapled together in the cabinet on a big table, pens and glue provided)

1 passport picture

Singed copy ID page passport

Signed copy last entry stamp

Signed copy TM 6 Departure card

Copy Marriage Certificate, signed by both

Copy ID card wife, signed by her

Copy Blue House book singed by her

Picture outside and inside house, signed

You can take free coffee, cappuccino, espresso or just drinking water. Great service.

Just read some other comments, 1 of the 4 working was a man, he was the grumpy one an took long times to see him making a stamp. I got service from a nice lady, with a smile and even a joke in between.

Small point: You have to make a 5 Thb copy of the receipt just outside the office, but the payment is made to another Immigration Officer.

As the airport in Cochin, India have been shut down for 10 days due to flooding arising from the water dam opening, we are obliged to stay back here. As our visit visa are 15 days only, where could I get the visas extended as we staying in khonkaen.

I applied for a 90-day Visa. And I just applied for a one-year retirement Visa. Very easy to do. The immigration office was great to work with in khon kaen Thailand
