Hi.

I'm over 50 years old, and looking at what I need to apply for a retirement visa. The police and doctor letters need to be recent within 90 days. Does that mean within the 90 days of arriving to Thailand, or within 90 days of filing my paperwork through the eVisa website? Also - do I have to get everything notified (Bank letter stating savings/income, Medical and Background check)?

My flight arrived in Bangkok on Nov 15th - and I intend to stay in country until after Songkran in April.

I'd rather not do border runs to reset my visa. I just want to enjoy the beaches and food. And of course to escape the cold weather.

Looking forward to coming back to Thailand.

For how long is the affidavit confirming income from the consulate valid? I need to renew my retirement extension and plan to use this in lieu of the 800k bank balance. Thanks in advance.
