I was in 2 minds whether to run with this or not BUT as the UK Hull Thai consulate has also updated there website I thought I would.
It would appear that since the UK has moved to E visa application, it is no longer possible for non UK and Irish residents to apply for visas. Each visa type is requesting confirmation of being a legal resident in the UK or Ireland.
Anybody now looking to apply for a Thai visa anywhere in Europe and not having residency in the country you intend to apply, it is now looking unlikely the application will be successful unless you have the requirements listed.
Certainly with country's that are using E visa, non residents have an issue.
