Why is my daughter's visa to Thailand being rejected despite having submitted all necessary documents?

Hi everyone my family decided to go to Thailand for vacation they gave visa to me and my wife but they rejected my daughter visa they are asking marriage certificates actually I don’t have now only the marriage certificate remaining every document I submitted according to they condition is they any advice plz help me plz reply

We submitted birth certificate also but they are asking marriage certificate

ok i cannot help, basically if embassy say they need some paperwork for visa you have to supply it.

Strange then I am presuming both of you are on tbe birth certificate. If not this maybe why they require marriage certificate.
