OK want to get some guidance please. I am currently staying in Thailand on an "ED" visa but am nearly finished my study. I am married to a Thai and am planning on changing to a marriage based visa. What is the easiest and least painful way to do this? We will be moving to a house we have bought in Nong Khai so going to Vientiane would be simplest travel wise but I am willing to go to another embassy if the process is simpler there :)
