For people who may need to travel to Bangkok to get an Elite visa inserted, double check with them, and in particular if you are in Chiang Mai with official agent for Elite here (Google it, or ask Elite, not sure it can be said on this group), there have been reports that some people have been able to get the visa affixed without travelling to Bangkok (as is usually required to get it without leaving) due to the coronavirus situation.
