What should I know about applying for a Non-O visa in Yangon after my experience in Hanoi?

I did my last non o visa in Hanoi (dependency). It was relatively easy.

I need to travel to Yangon next month, has anyone any experience of doing it there? Is there anything different or is there anything I should watch out for?
