Hi everyone, I'm in the midst of applying for a non-immigrant OA visa in my home country. One of the requirements is a medical certificate stating that I have to be free from the following illnesses:

1. Leprosy

2. Tuberculosis (TB)

3. Elephantiasis

4. Drug addiction &

5. Third step of syphilis

My question is has anyone had the experience of undergoing all the tests mentioned above? Not sure how to test for leprosy. TB can be by x-ray or PCR test. The other 3 should be by blood test. Can I get my family doctor to fill out the attached form and have him certify I'm free from all the above? When I submit my application, will they want to see the x-ray and blood test results or will they just accept the doctor's certification to be good? Thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

FYI all. I applied for my Retirement Visa extension yesterday and had to return in the afternnon and bring back an older bank book that showed where the 800,000 baht came from. I have 2 accounts, one for the Retirement Visa and another for day to day expeneses. I had transferred the money from one account to another. Even though the 800,000 baht needs seasoning of only 2 months, the funds transferred must appear over the past 12 month period in your bank statements. This was Jomtiem. I hope this is not confusing.

Hi everyone, thanks in advance for your help with my inquiry. I arrived in Thailand on Sept. 18th on a visa exempt (on-arrival) and have since done a 30 day extension followed by 2 COVID extensions. I am hoping to get a third COVID extension before my current one expires on March 29. Does anyone know how soon I can go in to apply for my third COVID extension? I read somewhere on here that I can do it within 30 days of the expiration date, but also found another resource that says I can only apply within 5 days of my expiration date.

When I can re-apply will determine whether I will try to do it at Surat Thani or Hua Hin. If anyone has any insight on the processes at those offices, I am all ears. Thanks again for your time and guidance.

We want to stay in Thailand for 60 days hopefully with an extension for 30 days. We are planning on getting a Tourist Visa from the Consulate in Los Angeles.

The question is how do we book a round trip flight returning in 60 days if we want to extend our stay another 30 days?
