I need some clarification please. I have a 3 month non B visa and a work permit. I have a registered company with one Thai staff at the moment of which I am the Managing Director. I would like to know the options for extending my visa to a one year visa so that I do not have to keep applying every 3 months.

Does it make any difference if I become sole director of my company or does the criteria for extending remain the same, i.e. I need to employ 4 Thai staff. Are there any other options?

Also, what sort of cost am I looking at here? Is 25,000 for a non B visa extension reasonable?
