Hi, any recommendations for a Condominium complex to rent a condo for 1 year minimum?

Looking for modern condo, close to Central Pattaya, good size 1 bed with goid size balcony, gym, pool etc etc...

So many complexes, so asking for some advice please.

Road around Grand Avenue will be caked in mud shortly, for the next few months,so I'm reliably informed,along with the associated noise.

Digging the road up to fix the drainage problems.

Hard to get past Grand Avenue at 10-15k for

sqm really if you want modern and central.

Some VT6 have been as low as 10k but they are tired or with bad positions and about 48sqm.

Really depends how well you know the town. If you don't, then you need to explore.

I've been looking as well and I agree there's so many that it's hard to know. I think I'm just going to do a hotel for the first month and take my time and look around.
