What are the best condominium complexes to rent in Central Pattaya for a long-term stay?
Hi, any recommendations for a Condominium complex to rent a condo for 1 year minimum?
Looking for modern condo, close to Central Pattaya, good size 1 bed with goid size balcony, gym, pool etc etc...
So many complexes, so asking for some advice please.

OPSoi Buakhao is where I would like to long-term rent the condo. Apart from Grand Avenue, what other Condominiums are in this area?

Road around Grand Avenue will be caked in mud shortly, for the next few months,so I'm reliably informed,along with the associated noise.
Digging the road up to fix the drainage problems.

Some VT6 have been as low as 10k but they are tired or with bad positions and about 48sqm.
Really depends how well you know the town. If you don't, then you need to explore.

I've been looking as well and I agree there's so many that it's hard to know. I think I'm just going to do a hotel for the first month and take my time and look around.
