What details are required for the DTV visa application if I want to work remotely in Thailand?

Question regarding the DTV visa.

I have checked the application and you have to indicate the entrance day and end day, the flight number and the place where you are staying.

The problem is that I need the visa to request to my company to work remotely there, so I do not want to expend more money with the flights and hotel reservation, just in case my company deny my request to work from there.

Do you think they will reject it if I do not provide those details?

Is there an email to ask the embasy?
