What should I do if I can't return to MTT on the date specified for my COVID extension?

Looking for advice, I went to MTT today to get my second covid extension, my previous extension didn't run out till Feb 23rd, the new stamp says under consideration and says i need to return on Feb 10th. I wont actually be in BKK on the 10th as I will be on holiday, what should I do? The immigration officer was less than helpful when I explained the situation.
