TLDR : Answer Summary
There is speculation about whether the duration of the Tourist Exemption Visa will change from the current 45 days due to shorter stays required during the Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ). Some users believe it may remain at 30 days plus the quarantine period, while others mention that no official announcement has been made to alter the existing 45-day duration, which was said to be valid until September 30, 2021.

there has been no announcement about them changing it from the 45.

When they announced the change they said it would run from 22 December 2020 until 30 September 2021.

My guess (I emphasise GUESS) is that it will be the standard 30 days PLUS the required Quarantine period (however many days that might be).
