1.Will staying on "Amnesty" terms count towards required 2 month money seasoning for the 1y extension based on marriage ?

2. If one doesn't have enough days left on their visa/extension/amnesty period to season money for exactly two months, is there a standard extension procedure to allow enough days to make it two months before applying for the extension?

I understand the amnesty is not a typical situation...I would still appreciate anyones input to help me decide better how to act in the given circumstances...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether the time spent under "Amnesty" terms counts towards the required two-month money seasoning for a one-year marriage visa extension in Thailand. It also inquires about options if there aren't enough days left on the current visa to fulfill the two-month requirement, specifically seeking information about standard extension procedures.

There is, it is called the 60 days Extension of Stay based on visiting family. As you apply before your current valid stay ends and these 60 days are added on top you will have enough time to meet the 2 months prior application.

I already used the 60d extension after my 90days last entry. So now I'm staying based on amnesty
