After plenty of problems I managed to register my tenant on the TM Inmigration website. I am worried when my tenant wants to extend his tourist visa for another 30 days at Jomtien Inmigration.
Since I register online, he did not get any paper from me or from the Inmigration. The info is just in the cloud (hopefully). Will he need any paper from me when he does the extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The tenant, who has registered online via the TM30 system, does not need physical documentation from the landlord when extending his tourist visa at Jomtien Immigration. The information is stored in the immigration database, and retrieval is possible with the tenant's passport number. It is advisable for the landlord to take a screenshot of the TM30 registration details as a reference.
Dnt warry its in their system when they put ur passport number will get all detail even from hotels that u stay ...just done my extention yesterday and i see that paper with my all stay information
Not sure if Jomtien require TM30 for a tourist extension. Someone else may confirm if so.
The TM30 system doesn’t have any “print receipt” option but just search the database for the date you filed it and screenshot the results with your tenants passport details. The screenshot print is sufficient to show that it’s been filed.
