Hi guys - hoping for an answer…

My parents arrived on 2 Feb on 60 day tourist visa. Stamped in until 1 April. They want to go to immigration for 30 day extension tomorrow-29 March - to be on the safe side (rather than leaving it until Monday when visa expires). If they go tomorrow will they be stamped in until 29 April or 1 May? Thanks in advance 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The parents, who arrived on a 60-day tourist visa, can apply for a 30-day extension at immigration before their visa expires. If they apply on 29 March, they will likely be stamped until 1 May, as the extension days are added to their existing visa expiry date.

They add on the days to your existing stamp so in your parents case that would be May 1st.
