Will I receive an exit stamp in both my current and new passport when leaving Thailand?

I"l be switching passports next week as my Aussie is almost full but I have a completely empty Irish passport. Will immigration give me an exit stamp on my empty passport? thanks

to clarify: getting an exist stamp on both the passport I arrived on and the passport I intend to use in the future
