TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the potential risk of being refused entry into Thailand if they travel to a third country before returning while currently holding a COVID visa, following a previous volunteer visa which was labeled as problematic by their agency.

Visas are not problem its just they way they were obtained.

But I am very curious, if it is a problem visa, how will the immigration office issue it~~ I am worried that when i go to the airport~a mark will be left on my passport~ This mark will lead to my next entry to Thailand will be rejected~

Jo Jo. Immigration at the airport generally don't worry too much about history. Provided you haven't overstayed your covid extension, they should simply stamp you out. Once you get to another country, visit the embassy website and see what visas are available to get back in.

They told me that my visa is a problem visa, because I have a volunteer visa before, so I can't continue to get a covid visa~ I need to leave the country
Bobby ********
Jo Jo. That might be the only way to do it. Come back in on a legit visa and stay away from agents in the future!

A few people have mentioned before there agents have advised them to return home and change there passports.

I havent seen any reports of people being stopped if they return. But your passport is likely to be flagged as suspected of working. Happened to me once although i wasnt working just oil prices were low and there was limited work offshore.

Even showed them my seamans book, offshore cards in the end had to go to Loas and get marriage visa.

In this way, I still have the risk of being refused a visa to Thailand~😭

Jo Jo. It's possible, but unlikely. You'll only know when you apply. But I do know months ago all these groups were advising people against getting dodgy "agency" visas. The large number that were being done, it became pretty obvious that eventually the bubble would burst.
