Will a wrong expiry date on my Thai visa notes cause issues?

Hey folks,

I got my DTV, but the note in remarks is wrong, it says in Thai, Passport expires 7 Dec 2029. But my passport actually will expire 27th.

Could this be an issue? Should I contact the embassy to fix it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user received their DTV with an incorrect expiry date for their passport noted in Thai. They are concerned this may cause issues and are considering contacting the embassy to rectify it. Community responses suggest that the incorrect date should not be a concern, as it does not impact the validity of the visa, and they still need to renew their passport well before the actual expiration.

I wouldn't worry about as it doesn't actually change anything. You would still have to get a new passport well before December 2029. Likely 6 months before.

yup, just worried the IO would match that note with my passport and they might say something if they’re in a bad mood.
