Will a wrong expiry date on my Thai visa notes cause issues?

Hey folks,

I got my DTV, but the note in remarks is wrong, it says in Thai, Passport expires 7 Dec 2029. But my passport actually will expire 27th.

Could this be an issue? Should I contact the embassy to fix it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user received a DTV with an incorrect passport expiration date noted. The passport is set to expire on December 27, 2029, but the note incorrectly states December 7, 2029. Community members suggest that the incorrect date is not significant and does not affect visa validity, but recommend monitoring passport renewal timelines.

I wouldn't worry about as it doesn't actually change anything. You would still have to get a new passport well before December 2029. Likely 6 months before.

yup, just worried the IO would match that note with my passport and they might say something if they’re in a bad mood.
