I'm considering extending my stay for 7 more days. Currently on Covid extension, I wonder if the stamp I'll get (have to leave within 7 days) will somehow affect approval/denial of future visas to Thailand? Does anyone have bad experience with this kind of stamp in passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about potential future visa implications associated with a 7-day exit stamp received while on a Covid extension in Thailand. Comments from the community suggest that the new Covid extension program allows for Non-Immigrant visa holders to apply for an extension again, and receiving the 7-day exit stamp (noted as 'application for extension not approved') should not adversely impact future visa applications to Thailand.
and why can't you qualify for another covid extension, the previous program excluded Non-Imm visa/extension holders BUT this new program (that started March 26th) allows them to get covid extensions again.
you're out nothing by trying for one at your immigration office. I mean face it, the worst they'll do is say you can't get one and sell you the 7 day get out of dodge stamp.
AND
nope that 7 days "application for extension not approved" stamp isn't gonna affect you getting a visa or getting into the country. It's a VALID stamp, just meant you couldn't get an extension and had to leave

and if you do go only for 7 day ext, you should do on last day of visa and they want to see a flight booking out of the country. You can email/bluetooth documents to the copy center on site for printing if required for your documents.
thanks. I did read your post about the new program. I'll try getting a new covid extension but was just wondering in case it won't go through if the 7 days have any future implications.
