TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is frustrated after having their online 90-day report (TM47) application rejected twice for being submitted too early, despite being within the belief that they were following the guidelines. Comments suggest that the first report must be done in person for subsequent online submissions to be accepted, and also clarify the timeline for the first report after re-entering Thailand.
