Why is my Thai visa application fee higher than expected when applying from Cambodia?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi everyone, I just wanted to hand in my (online) visa application. Everywhere it says that it's around 270$ but for me somehow it is 400 USD. Is it maybe because I am applying from Cambodia..? How high was your DTV fee?
