TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about experiences applying for a Thai visa through the Singapore embassy, seeking feedback from others. A comment provides insight into the process, mentioning that applications are done online via the consulate's system, where all documents are uploaded, followed by an email notification upon approval. After approval, applicants must visit the consulate to submit hard copies of their documents, pay, and have the visa processed.

You apply online thru the consulate there using their special online system, you upload all the documents, etc, they will email you and tell you if you're approved then you can let them know when you can fly to singapore, so you can turn in your documents (you need the hard copies) pay and get the visa inked in.
