Which Thai Embassy is better for visa applications: Kuala Lumpur or Penang?

Anybody have experience with Thai Embassy in either Kuala Lumpur or Penang?

Will make my application in about two weeks but one is probably better than the other… does Penang (since August) still do walk ins?

Neither do walk-ins as all embassies and consulates use the online evisa system these days.

Malaysia is probably high up on the worst list to apply from judging from comments on here.
