Be sure to read the posts about getting this visa at Savannakhet... They do offer the One year multiple entry Non O Visa as Married to Thai. Put multiple entry on your application and give them 5,000 Thai baht in CASH. They know then you want the multi-entry One year Non O Visa.

Both Savannakhet and Ho Chi Minh City are OPEN and offering the Non O multi-entry Visa as Married to Thai.

However read carefully the specific requirements for the visa on each Thai Embassy website.

Savannakhet is still walk in to apply ...

Ho Chi Minh City requires an appointment.
