TLDR : Answer Summary
This thread discusses options for expats holding a British passport and a multiple entry Non-O visa to perform border bounces in order to reset their visa status. Suggestions include checking visa-on-arrival options in Cambodia and potential other countries such as Laos or Myanmar. Commenters also mention the necessity of a health certificate and experiences at different border checkpoints.

Just did my first border run at Cambodia Banpuggard checkpoint minutes ago.
This is my very first time doing a border run, I'm not sure if it's applicable for you too. I didn't see anyone being asked for any additional documents like health cert. Just passport and tm6. Processing took less than an hour
We've heard from several sources that the health certificate policy goes into effect Sunday. I'm not sure if you can get it before you leave, but it's good to have it if you can get it.
Vientiane would be my guess. You will need a Laos tourist visa though. I also recommend getting a health certificate in Thailand before you leave as well. Vientiane International airport is close to the border.
The borders to Myanmar are closed. Lao is closed, Malaysia is closed and I think you'd have to look but you MIGHT <- as in maybe be able to bounce at Cambodia.. I am not sure.
I'd check and see if Cambodia is still issuing the Visa on Arrivals. If they are, bounce with them.
Otherwise, you'd have to buy a visa to go to another country (Laos, probably, since Vientiane International is close to the border), bounce out by air, and return by land.
I think you may need a health certificate to return to Thailand, so get one before you leave.
