Which is better for a soft power application: Manila, Laos, or KL?
Would you recommend Manila, Laos, or KL for soft power application? I'm staying in KL but I know the embassy is strict here. I need to travel shortly as I'm almost at my 90 days here. Any advice appreciated :)
