Since a valid Pcr negative test is required before arriving and then this needs to be uploaded to Thai pass, how long do they take the process ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers don't need to upload their PCR test results to the Thai Pass; instead, they should print out the results to present them during check-in and upon arrival in Thailand. The PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of departure but does not need to be submitted to the Thai Pass for entry.

Your PCR test result within 72hrs of departure to Thailand doesnt need to be uploaded to the Thai Pass. Just print it out for departure and arrival.

You don't need the PCR test to register for the Thai Pass.

You need the PCR test to enter Thailand. You will present the results to immigration upon entry.

The PCR they request in Thai Pass is confirmed in your SHA hotel booking on night 1

Where did you hear this? Because it's not true, you'll need a hard copy of your pre departure test certificate

it's clearly not a requirement for TP approval - IMHO, they're giving out incorrect info

It doesnt need to be uploaded or submitted to Thai pass. Print out results of test the airline will check at departure and health authorities will check on arrival
