TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around choosing between Vietnam and Indonesia for applying for the dtv visa. Commenters highlight that Jakarta, Indonesia, has a quick approval process, often within 2-3 days, and is recommended due to its efficiency. In contrast, Ho Chi Minh City (HCM), Vietnam, is also favored for its fast and relatively easy approval process.

HCM seems to be recommended by many of people including me. They're fast and approve it pretty easily.
