I currently have around 750,000 THB in my Turkish bank account, and I also receive monthly rental income of about 15,000 THB into the same account.
I’m planning to stay in Thailand for 3 months starting November 15, and then possibly apply for the DTV visa from Vietnam afterward.
Recently, I’ve started getting involved in social media projects, but I don’t have any other active income sources at the moment.
Based on my situation, which DTV category or application plan would you recommend?
Thanks a lot for your help 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is planning a 3-month stay in Thailand, has significant funds in a Turkish bank account, and seeks advice on which DTV visa category to apply for, potentially from Vietnam. Comments suggest that applying for the DTV visa from Turkey may be more beneficial due to factors like financial requirements and the current situation in Vietnam. Recommendations include considering the 'soft power' DTV category and gathering required documents independently rather than using an agency.
If only for 3 months I would apply for another visa that can give you 3 months or come without a visa get 60 days extend at local immigration get 30 days more for 1900 bath . Then apply for dtv in home country after this vacation, to short time for 15 november
You don’t need an agency. I would definitely choose soft power and get visa from Turkey while i stay. You can check group for specific requirements in Vietnam, Turkey and other near countries for final decision.
Whichever DTV type you apply, apply from Türkiye. (while staying in Türkiye) Since our passport is hard to get visa these days, its best chance to apply from Ankara. If you doesn’t have a legit job that you can show as remote job, you should go with cooking class or muay thai class.(both min. 9 months would be better) I suggest you to apply with an agency. (I applied myself for remote work visa but if you have a remote visa agency is no need.)
